1. General

By registering and using FastBit's services, you automatically agree to all applicable terms of service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. You are expected to read all terms before placing an order.

FastBit is not responsible for any losses you may incur in your business due to the use of our services.

2. Number Ordering & Service Usage

FastBit's service is solely for receiving OTP SMS messages from the applications you select.

Using our service for illegal activities or harming others is strictly prohibited.

FastBit does not guarantee the security of any account registered with our numbers.

You are fully responsible for all activities occurring on the number you ordered.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Number orders cannot be canceled before the 20-minute validity period ends.

Refunds are only provided as balance if the number has already been used or OTP messages are not received.

We do not guarantee the availability or functionality of numbers for specific platforms, as some services may block virtual numbers.

4. Pricing & Payment

Service prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Payments must be made using the available methods on our platform.

Service rates may vary depending on demand and number availability.

5. User Terms & Account Security

FastBit is not responsible for any losses you may incur when using our numbers.

New users who do not make a transaction within 24 hours will be removed.

Users who do not transact for more than 2 months may also be deleted.

You are responsible for the security of your account, including keeping your password confidential.

6. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure service availability, FastBit may impose limits on the number and frequency of OTP requests per user.

Users found abusing the service beyond reasonable use may be subject to account suspension or additional charges.

7. Service & Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the service without prior notice.

Changes to these terms and conditions take effect immediately upon publication.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees.

We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from the use of our service.

In case of disputes, our liability is limited to a maximum of $100 or its equivalent in other currencies.

9. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for users violating these terms without prior notice.

10. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

FastBit respects user privacy and does not store SMS content longer than necessary for processing.

We implement security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee full security against unauthorized access.

By using FastBit, users agree to the use of cookies and other tracking technologies to improve service delivery.

11. Third-Party Website Links

FastBit may include links to third-party websites, but we are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or services.

Accessing third-party websites is at the user's own risk.
